Tortellini with Cheese, Cream and Minced Meat Sauce

Instructions

First, the tortellini must be cooked according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, the onion can be cut into small cubes and the garlic pressed. The minced meat is lightly seared in a pan. Finally, onion and garlic can be added. Then the meat needs to be seasoned. Depending on your taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
When the meat is done, the cream and the processed cheese can be added. Then the cooked tortellini are added. It may then have to be seasoned again.
I recommend taking the small tortellini, which I personally like better than the large ones from the shrink-wrapped pack.
