Halve the croissants or rolls and mix the cream salad with the chilli flakes.
Pluck a few suitable leaves from the lettuce and wash.
Now fry the bacon, potato pancakes and camembert in three pans (or one after the other). If you prefer it vegetarian, just leave out the bacon.
Then place 1 large tablespoon of chilli mayo, lettuce leaves, 1 potato pancake, 3 bacon strips, 1 camembert and 1 large tablespoon of wild cranberries on each of the undersides of the croissants or rolls and cover with the upper halves.
