Ingredients
- 4 croissant (s) or pretzel rolls
- 4 tablespoon, heaped salad cream (Miracel Whip), type So Light Yoghurt, or mayonnaise
- chilli flakes
- 1 romaine lettuce heart (s) or other salad
- 4 potato pancakes (potato pancakes), ready-made or homemade
- 12 strips bacon
- 4 camembert (s), breaded
- 4 tablespoon, heaped wild cranberries

- Halve the croissants or rolls and mix the cream salad with the chilli flakes.
- Pluck a few suitable leaves from the lettuce and wash.
- Now fry the bacon, potato pancakes and camembert in three pans (or one after the other). If you prefer it vegetarian, just leave out the bacon.
- Then place 1 large tablespoon of chilli mayo, lettuce leaves, 1 potato pancake, 3 bacon strips, 1 camembert and 1 large tablespoon of wild cranberries on each of the undersides of the croissants or rolls and cover with the upper halves.
