- 1 bottle salsa (Texicana Salsa)

- This burger is simple but awesome. Almost all ingredients can be made yourself or bought ready-made - depending on how much time and inclination you have.
- For the camembert burger you prepare all the ingredients or have them ready:
- Wash the lettuce and chop the leaves.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into thick slices.
- Chop the cashweed kernels very roughly or leave them whole so that the bite remains.
- It starts with the Camembert: Bake it in the oven according to the manufacturer`s instructions (approx. 20 min at 180 ° C). This goes at the same time as the side dishes, e.g. steakhouse fries.
- While the cheese is in the oven, make the patties: To do this, lightly salt and pepper the beef, knead well and shape into 4 burger patties of 125 g each. They taste best on the grill, but they can also be fried. Sear it on both sides and then let it simmer for a good 5 minutes over a medium heat. Finally, put the burger buns in the oven for 1 - 2 minutes so that they get warm.
- When everything is ready, the stacking starts. The order determines the taste: Spread 1 - 2 tablespoons of Texicana Salsa on the lower roll, then put 2 leaves of lettuce on top. Brush the top half of the bun with 1 large tablespoon of mango chutney and sprinkle with the cashew nuts. Place the tomatoes on top.
- Now come the hot components: Place the patty on the salad and top it with the oven-fresh Camenbert. Now fold up quickly and stick a wooden skewer through the turret from top to bottom so that the burger is easy to eat.
- It is important that you take the camembert out of the oven last so that it drains nicely when you cut it!
