- Roll the camembert first in oil, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry slowly on both sides in a little margarine, turning frequently.
- If the camembert rises a little, it`s good, the cheese has melted inside.
- I prefer to eat on a slice of brown bread, but you can also eat it with cranberries.
