Ingredients
- 150 g camembert (s)
- 100 g strawberries, fruits as small as possible
- 60 ml port wine, white
- some salt and pepper, more colorful from the mill
- some lettuce to serve
- some crema di balsamic vinegar

- Cut the camembert into small cubes. Wash and quarter the strawberries, dice large fruits. Mix both, add a little salt, pour the port wine over it and let everything stand for about 2 hours.
- Arrange on lettuce leaves, coarsely grind the pepper over it and garnish with a little crema di balsamic vinegar.
