  • 150 g camembert (s)
  • 100 g strawberries, fruits as small as possible
  • 60 ml port wine, white
  • some salt and pepper, more colorful from the mill
  • some lettuce to serve
  • some crema di balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut the camembert into small cubes. Wash and quarter the strawberries, dice large fruits. Mix both, add a little salt, pour the port wine over it and let everything stand for about 2 hours.
  2. Arrange on lettuce leaves, coarsely grind the pepper over it and garnish with a little crema di balsamic vinegar.
