- 250 g quark, lean
- 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 1 handful sunflower seeds

- Remove the rind from the camembert, dice it, add the quark and mash it well. Season well with salt and cayenne pepper. Cut the spring onions into rolls, dice the egg, roast the sunflower seeds in a non-stick pan and add. Mix everything again.
- Serve with a strong bread. For example, one of Koelkast`s baked goods.
