Put the orange slice in a large wine glass with a few ice cubes. Top up with Aperol, Trollinger and soda and serve with a straw.
This cocktail was created by young winemakers and tastes totally refreshing in summer. It frees the Trollinger from its dusty image and makes it an in-drink!
