Ingredients
- 5 cl soda water
- 3 cl Aperol
- 8 cl red wine, (Trollinger)
- 0.5 slice ½ (s) orange (s)
- some ice cubes

- Put the orange slice in a large wine glass with a few ice cubes. Top up with Aperol, Trollinger and soda and serve with a straw.
- This cocktail was created by young winemakers and tastes totally refreshing in summer. It frees the Trollinger from its dusty image and makes it an in-drink!
