Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the olive oil and milk until smooth. Peel and chop the egg. Chop the anchovy fillets and capers. Add everything to the cream cheese mixture. Dice the trout fillets and add them as well.
  2. Season the spread with a few squirts of lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika powder and chili powder. Let it flow briefly.
