Instructions

  1. Chop the onion with the dill and capers in a blender.
  2. Then add the trout fillets and sour cream and mix again. Finally, season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. It is best to let everything soak in the refrigerator for a good 2 hours.
  4. Tastes great on bread or as a dip with crackers and the like.
