Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and mix carefully with the cream cheese, e.g. with a fork, until a smooth cream is obtained.
  2. Wash, core and cut the peppers into small cubes. Add to the cream. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
  3. The cream is great for dipping vegetables, crackers or baguettes. Also tastes good for breakfast on bread or rolls.
