• 1 can tuna, in its own juice
• 1 onion (s)
• 50 g breadcrumbs
• 1 roll, (from the day before)
• 2 egg (s)
• 1 teaspoon paprika powder
• salt and pepper
• Cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. Soak the rolls in the water. Drain the tuna well. Squeeze out the rolls and mix with all the ingredients.
2. Shape small meatballs and fry them in hot clarified butter on each side.
