Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and mix together. Take the tuna out of the tin and fold it into the vegetables. Make the sauce from a little vegetable stock, balsamic vinegar, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper. Mix with a small whisk.
  2. Chop the basil and pour over the salad.
