Clean and wash the peppers and cut into large pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Sear the peppers in it, turning, for about 5 minutes. Fry the garlic briefly.
Drain the mango. Puree up to 2 wedges. Finely dice the wedges. Peel and chop the onion. Mix both with vinegar and 2 tablespoons of oil into the mango puree. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Wash the tuna, pat dry. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt. Fry in 1 tablespoon of oil for 2 - 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
In the meantime, clean and wash the rocket and cut off the stalks. Mix lightly with paprika and mango sauce. Arrange the tuna steaks on top.
If you want to go fast, simply use grilled peppers from the glass.
