Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the carrots and cook in salted water until soft. Crush the garlic with the carvik seed and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a mortar. As soon as the carrots are cooked, drain them and then mash them with a fork. Add the garlic paste and harissa and mix well. Pour olive oil over them and decorate the olives.
