Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 100 g olives
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon spice paste (harissa)
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ caraway (Carvi or Karwia field caraway)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the carrots and cook in salted water until soft. Crush the garlic with the carvik seed and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a mortar. As soon as the carrots are cooked, drain them and then mash them with a fork. Add the garlic paste and harissa and mix well. Pour olive oil over them and decorate the olives.
