Instructions

  1. Put the vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, the spices and the WHOLE egg in a tall container. Put in the hand blender and only now pour the oil on top.
  2. Let the blender circle around the bottom of the container for a few seconds and then slowly pull it upwards.
  3. Season to taste and refine with various herbs and co.
  4. Suitable for salads that require mayo, as a dip base or as a sauce for meat etc.
  5. The mayo can be stretched very well with yoghurt and is therefore no longer as high in calories.
