Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a flat baking dish. Cut the meat into thin slices and place them side by side in the baking dish. Not fan-shaped and not too thick, otherwise it won`t be cooked later.
  2. Then mix the chilli sauce with the cream and flour in a bowl. If it seems too runny for you, you can use a little more flour. Spread the whole thing over the meat so that it is well covered. Cover the baking dish with cling film and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. The next day, the whole thing is then, of course, without foil, placed on the middle rail at 200 ° C in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
