Cut turkey breast or chicken breast fillet into thick slices, season well with salt, pepper and paprika and then coat thickly with mustard.
Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Mix the instant stock with 300ml water.
In the hot butter, brown the fillet and onions well with the dissolved instant stock, then add the cream cheese. The cream cheese makes the sauce creamy.
Finally, season to taste again, if necessary, seasoning and you`re done.
