Ingredients
- 2 piece (s) turkey breast fillet (s) or chicken breast fillet
- 300 g cream cheese, with arlic and herbs
- 2 medium onion (s)
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- mustard
- 300 ml water
- broth, instant
- Butter, clarified butter or oil for frying

- Cut turkey breast or chicken breast fillet into thick slices, season well with salt, pepper and paprika and then coat thickly with mustard.
- Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Mix the instant stock with 300ml water.
- In the hot butter, brown the fillet and onions well with the dissolved instant stock, then add the cream cheese. The cream cheese makes the sauce creamy.
- Finally, season to taste again, if necessary, seasoning and you`re done.
- It goes well with baguette or rice.
