Instructions

  1. Heat the oil. Fry the onion, garlic, minced meat, bell pepper and leek in it. Add corn, kidney beans, chopped and pureed tomatoes and simmer with the lid on until the peppers are soft (approx. 15 minutes). Add the quark and spices and reduce a little with the pot open.
  2. The result is 2 large servings of chilli.
