Instructions

  1. Halve the turkey escalope across to make 8 thin escalopes. Halve the ham slices and cover the cutlet halves with them. Spread the cream cheese on the ham, fold the schnitzel and fix with wooden skewers. Season with salt and pepper, turn first in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs and fry in not too little clarified butter on each side until crispy until golden brown for 6-8 minutes.
