Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 °.
  2. Cut the turkey breast into fine strips and marinate with the soy sauce.
  3. Cut the cleaned spring onions into pieces and dice the apricots.
  4. Heat the oil and fry the meat in small portions, frying the spring onions with them, remove them. Finally sauté the fruit in the pan and add to the meat.
  5. Season with the spices salt, pepper and thyme and put everything in an ovenproof dish.
  6. Whip the cream until semi-stiff, mix with curry and spread over the strips. Pour the cheese over it and bake for 10 minutes.
