Let the butter melt in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk well with a whisk. Pour in the milk and stir everything well. Let everything cook until the sauce is thick. Then add the curry, salt and pineapple juice and cook the sauce for 5 minutes while stirring. Cover the pot and put it to one side.
Cut the turkey meat into narrow strips. Mix the flour, curry and salt in a bowl. Add the meat and mix everything together well. Let the oil get hot in a pan and add the meat and let it fry
Then add the meat with the drained pineapple to the sauce and simmer for another five minutes.
