Instructions

  1. Cut turkey schnitzel, spring onions and mango into strips. Fry the meat in the oil in 2 portions, season with salt and pepper, remove. Briefly sweat the butter in the frying fat, flour and curry. Deglaze with the broth and orange juice and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the cream, bring to the boil. Add the spring onion, meat and mango and cook over a mild heat for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
  3. Basmati rice goes well with it.
