Ingredients
- 500 g turkey schnitzel
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 mango (s) (approx. 300 g)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- 30 g butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 25 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml orange juice
- 6 tablespoon whipped cream
- sugar

- Cut turkey schnitzel, spring onions and mango into strips. Fry the meat in the oil in 2 portions, season with salt and pepper, remove. Briefly sweat the butter in the frying fat, flour and curry. Deglaze with the broth and orange juice and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the cream, bring to the boil. Add the spring onion, meat and mango and cook over a mild heat for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
- Basmati rice goes well with it.
