Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey breast
  • 1 can pineapple, diced
  • 1 mango (s), ripe, diced
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml meat broth
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. First I cut the turkey breast into fine strips and add a little salt.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the turkey breast strips until crispy. Then set aside.
  3. Now put the onion cubes and the grated garlic clove in the pan and sauté. Add the curry powder and the ginger, then deglaze with the broth.
  4. Add the diced mango and pineapple and bring to the boil a little. Slowly stir in the cream. Cook, stirring, until the sauce becomes thick. Now put the meat back into the sauce and stir again.
  5. Serve hot.
