Ingredients
- 400 g ribbon noodles
- 350 g turkey breast
- 100 ml poultry stock, (glass)
- 250 g crème fraîche casual
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 200 g shrimp (s), ready to cook
- 50 g zucchini, diced
- 50 g bell pepper (s), diced
- 50 g pineapple, diced
- 3 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)

- Cook pasta. In the meantime, cut the turkey breast into finger-thick strips. Heat the crème fraîche, stock and curry in a saucepan. Heat oil in a pan. Sear the turkey, prawns, pineapple and vegetables one after the other, season with salt and pepper, then heat the sauce all over again in the pan. Mix with the drained pasta.
