Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 8 teaspoons crème fraîche
  • 200 ml vegetable broth or poultry broth
  • 1 mango (s), ripe, a can mango is also possible
  • 125 g rice
  • salt and pepper
  • coriander
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook rice as usual.
  2. Puree 2/3 of the mango with the creme fraiche
  3. Peel the onion, cut into small pieces and fry with the meat (sliced) and season with salt, pepper, coriander (a little!) And cayenne pepper. Then add the mango cream and the vegetable stock
  4. Let the whole thing simmer a little and then serve garnished with rice and the remaining mango (diced).
  5. If you like it onion, you can also puree the onion with the mango and creme fraiche instead of searing it with the meat.
