- 300 g mango pulp
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- You can use both fresh and frozen fruit to make the fruit sauce.
- Just before serving, beat the fruit pieces, granulated sugar and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Bon Appetit !
- Fruit sauce made from FRESH fruit can be divided in portions into plastic containers and frozen. Do not re-freeze the frozen fruit sauce.
