Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ mango (s), ripe
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon curry paste, red
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch (s) sea salt
- some coconut oil or other vegetable oil for frying

- Heat the oil in a pan, cut the onions and garlic into small pieces and fry them together. Add the curry paste and continue frying.
- Cut the mango into small pieces and add to the pan. Finally add the coconut milk, salt the sauce and simmer briefly.
- If you like the sauce a little finer, you can finish it with the hand blender.
