  • 80 g butter
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon herbs of Provence
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 100 g grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Put the butter, cooking cream and cream cheese in a saucepan.
  2. Heat slightly over medium heat and melt with a whisk.
  3. Add the garlic clove, garlic powder, garden herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Continue to stir until smooth.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bring to a boil and continue cooking for about 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
  7. Enjoy it with your favorite pasta!
