Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey breast fillet (s)
  • 1 can coconut milk, creamy
  • 2 teaspoon curry paste, red
  • 1 mango (s), fresh
  • 6 date (s)
  • cinnamon
  • curry
  • chili
  • 2 port. Basmati
  • Water (salt water)
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the turkey breast fillet or cut into strips. Peel and dice the mango. Core the dates and cut into small rings. Boil the basmati rice in salt water according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat some oil and the curry paste in a large pan, then add the coconut milk sip by sip and mix with the curry paste. Simmer a little and then add the mango and dates. Season to taste with cinnamon, curry and chilli.
  3. In another pan, fry the diced turkey breast fillet and sprinkle with a little curry. Then arrange the finished rice on a plate, top the turkey pieces and pour the mango, date and coconut sauce over them.
