Ingredients

  • 200 g basmati
  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • some curry powder
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 200 ml coconut milk, also low in fat
  • 100 ml water
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the turkey breast into narrow strips, chop the onion. Mix the coconut milk with the water.
  3. Sear the turkey strips in the oil, add the onion, sprinkle with flour and pour the coconut milk on top. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the cashew nuts and season with curry, paprika powder and salt.
