The turkey schnitzel with all the spices LIGHT! Spice up.
Prepare a piece of aluminum foil for each schnitzel.
Place the schnitzel on top and put herb butter (2 slices per schnitzel) on and under the schnitzel. Close the aluminum foil tightly so that no juice can escape.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and let the meat cook for 45 minutes.
We like to eat rice and salad with it. You don`t need extra sauce, because all the juice is in the aluminum foil and so the dish stays juicy.
If you value food combining, you can also just serve salad. Tastes great too!
