Instructions

  1. Cut turkey legs into large cubes. Season with pepper and curry. Turn the meat cubes in flour (I always put the seasoned meat cubes in a plastic bowl with a lid, add a little flour and shake the whole thing vigorously - so the meat is evenly and thinly floured) and fry vigorously in portions in hot fat. Transfer the whole thing into a saucepan. Season with paprika. Add the roughly diced onions and garlic. Deglaze with wine. Pour in the broth and let it simmer for approx.
  2. Finally, if necessary, season again with curry.
  3. This goes well with rice or spaetzle and salad.
