Instructions

  1. Wash the liver and pat dry. Wrap each liver in 1-2 slices of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Cook on the grill over medium, direct heat for about 5 minutes on each side, until the bacon is crispy. Remove the toothpick before serving.
  3. Tip: Can also be prepared in the pan.
