Turkey Liver Grilled in Bacon

Ingredients

400 g liver (s) (turkey liver)
1 packet bacon (25 g), thinly sliced
pepper

Instructions

Wash the liver and pat dry. Wrap each liver in 1-2 slices of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Cook on the grill over medium, direct heat for about 5 minutes on each side, until the bacon is crispy. Remove the toothpick before serving.
Tip: Can also be prepared in the pan.
