Ingredients

  • 300 g beef liver (s)
  • 0.5 liter ½ red wine
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the red wine, sliced garlic, rosemary and thyme in a bowl. Wash the liver under cold running water, pat dry. Cut into approx. 1.5 cm thick slices and place in the red wine for 2 hours.
  2. Then remove from the red wine, pat dry and season with chili powder and pepper. Brush with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes on each side. Salt and serve after grilling.
