Cut the turkey schnitzel into strips, season with salt, pepper and paprika and fry in a pan (with a little oil) for about 3 minutes.
Cut the onion into rings and add to the meat (fry together for about 2 minutes). Cut the peppers and mushrooms into cubes or slices and add to the meat and onions. Fry everything for about 2-3 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and add them to the pan.
Mix everything well and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes and add to the pan, mix in and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. When the cheese melts, the liquid in the tomatoes and the sheep`s cheese turn into a creamy sauce. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Finished! Rice goes best with it.
