  1. Cut turkey meat into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the turkey pieces briefly. Sauté the finely chopped onions, the diced bacon and the cleaned, coarsely chopped mushrooms in the pan. Pour the gravy on top, season to taste, mix with cream. Bring to the boil again briefly.
