Instructions

  1. Briefly sear the turkey meat, diced into small pieces. Add the diced onion and fry. Add drained mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Drain the juice of the Puszza salad and add the salad to the pan. Let it heat up for 3 minutes while stirring, then pour in the wine or broth and stir in the cream. Season with granulated broth and pepper and stir in the parsley. Thicken if desired with a little sauce thickener (e.g. Mondamin).
  2. Rice or pasta of all kinds goes well with it. A quick feast even on Sundays.
