Season the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper. Place a slice of cooked ham on top of the turkey escalope. Then roll the slice of Gouda cheese together. Secure the end with a toothpick. When all the turkey schnitzel are ready, briefly fry on all sides in a pan with oil. Put the cream and chicken stock in an ovenproof baking dish. Then add the fried turkey schnitzel. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
