Cut the turkey into slices, fry on high heat on both sides, 30 seconds per side. Sprinkle with a little salt and a freshly ground mixture of five peppers.
In the same frying pan, fry the bacon, and after the bacon, fry the eggs, breaking the yolks, or immediately make a “chatterbox”. I sprinkled the cooked eggs with fresh chopped parsley.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with kimchi base sauce (you can use ketchup or tomato paste), add finely chopped cucumber, onion, egg, capers. I also added a few drops of Worcester sauce.
Grease the tortilla with sauce, place the lettuce, turkey, bacon, tomato, cheese on a fine grater.
Roll and bake in a contact grill. Or in a grill pan without oil.
