Cut turkey schnitzel into small pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the turkey pieces. Add 1/2 a cup of water and the finely chopped broccoli florets.
Cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes on a medium setting. Then stir in the cream cheese and processed cheese.
When you have a nice sauce, stir in the halved cocktail tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes with the lid on.
