Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey schnitzel
  • 250 g broccoli, frozen
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 packet cream cheese (paprika- pepperoni)
  • 50 g processed cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ cup water
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey schnitzel into small pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the turkey pieces. Add 1/2 a cup of water and the finely chopped broccoli florets.
  2. Cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes on a medium setting. Then stir in the cream cheese and processed cheese.
  3. When you have a nice sauce, stir in the halved cocktail tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes with the lid on.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
