Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Cut the bacon and meatloaf into thick slices. Layer everything with the goulash, tomatoes and juice in a large roasting pan. Mash the tomatoes a little.
  2. Mix the sour cream, cream and ketchup together and season well with salt, pepper and thyme. Pour the sauce over the meat and cover everything in the preheated oven at 200 ° C, fan oven 175 ° C, gas mark 3 for about 2 hours. Braise the gourmet pot in the open for the last 30 minutes.
  3. Baguette or farmhouse bread and a fresh salad go well with this.
