Ingredients

  • 1 can mushrooms, whole (400 ml)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 600 g schnitzel meat
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 bottle chilli sauce (80 ml)
  • 100 g cheese, (rated Gouda)
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the can of mushrooms.
  2. Halve the onion and cut into thin slices.
  3. Cut the meat into strips and mix together with the mushrooms and onion.
  4. Put everything in a flat baking dish.
  5. Mix the cream with the chilli sauce, salt and cayenne pepper and pour over the meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Baked in the oven at 175 ° C for approx. 45 minutes.
  7. PS: if you don`t like it that spicy, you can also use tomato strained instead of the chilli sauce.
