Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and sauté in a little fat until translucent. Deglaze with the stock and dissolve the cream cheese and Gorgonzola in it until a creamy mixture forms. Stir in the chives. Spread the turkey schnitzel in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees (convection) for 30-40 minutes.
  2. This goes well with rice or pasta and a fresh salad.
